Please note that all sales are final and returns or exchanges will not be issued. However, we do stand by our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you should have any questions or issues, please contact us, and provide us with your order number and date of purchase. We will respond as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).

Handle with Care. This device is fitted with a crystal glass tube. Please avoid knocking or dropping device. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device

One Year Limited Warranty (from Date of Purchase) for defective device, such as defects in material and workmanship. Note that breakage due to dropping or breaking the device or glass tube is NOT covered under this warranty. However, should this type of breakage occur, please contact us. In certain cases, we may be able to provide an option to purchase replacement parts, thereby saving you from needing to purchase a whole new device.

There is no need to register for this warranty.  Simply provide your name, Order Number, and date of purchase.
